Proprietors H. B. McDonald and P. L. Wickerham held a grand opening of The Brunswick bowling alleys on May 3, 1913.
On February 25, 1914, the first duck pin match in Sheridan took place here. Sam Cava and J E Patterson took over the management in July 1914. Sam Cava and Jim Mazzuca took over the management in September 1914. Despite another change in management in November 1914, the Brunswick-Balke Collender Co. foreclosed on H. B. McDonald and held an auction December 15, 1914 to sell off all assets to recover monies owed on promissory notes. |
